Hello

I'll ask if users can leave opinions on this without turning the thread into chaos.

I specifically indicated that I might be wrong and gave examples, but it seems that BC supporters took this as an attack on their verse.

I'm glad you agree. I like the concept of vsb calculations, but due to the frequent inflated results in the Russian community, this site is not taken seriously

This wiki has a lot of messy scalings on each verse, if it makes you feel better I read the manga of black clover and I actually agree that tier 5 is way to much.
Other problems that I think are relevant.

  • The "survived one punch", characters scaling because they managed to survive a punch from x character with a tier much above what that character shown even when sometimes the author and the whole narrative shows that the character is being stomped and is massively inferior to the other. Because of that a lot of versus have characters scaling with the same value despite being multiple layers of "one shot" between them.
  • On the other hand we have verses with thousands of statements like "capable of destroying the world" and because 0 calcs then no one reaches tier 5.
  • There are calcs to feats like destroying a mountain who can reach much higher levels because the mountain seems to be very big. The author himself often can consider things like vaporizing and just fragmentation on the same level because both show destruction of X object and because of that you will get contradictions later because a feat that would require lower levels of destruction is impossible.
I'm more regular on Marvel which is a completely different case because of the whole different authors but even in there the scalings go too far with hundreds of characters scaling to a single feat and then you have the "scaling with b that is scaling with c that is scaling with d...".

In the end it's a thread that is necessary but likely will have really bad reception by most because it's hard to make it better.

Scalings in comics are pure chaos. We have Spider-Man catching Quicksilver and Spider-Man getting shot by the Punisher at the same time.

The MCU is even more crazy. I was fine when they were 7-B and High 7-A, but when they're all 6-B and 5-A now, it doesn't look natural.

Especially the reaction and speed of characters, where mhs+ is even for characters who can be shot with a bullet

I think there will be nothing wrong if you leave your opinion in the comments to the thread
