I've calculated a similar feat here. You should measure the moon (or whatever the celestial body that blocked the sun is) and then the distance it moved, both in pixels. Then, you need to get the timeframe of the moon's movement and get the speed (Speed = Distance/Time). After that you can use Kinetic Energy to get the value in Joules.

BTW, The eclipse feat is this one.

And, since they reused footage from Zyuranger. I guess the calc was made when you made the calcs for Rita Repulsa.
