In regards to your Black Moon Bison question this seems pretty impressive but I don't know where the calcer got the idea that Bison himself was moving the moons.

From what I remember there was a technological sequence that had to happen first in order for the moons to move at all so Bison himself can't scale to this.

In regards to your E. Honda meteor question there is nothing in Honda's Street Fighter V ending that contradicts canon so it should be good to go.

Vs Battles Wiki doesn't accept the feat unfortunately.

Edit: I just looked at the clip that the calcer linked and in Ryu's vision it appears that Bison uses some kind of telekinesis to quickly lift the Black Moon's into the air.

Which would explain how they got there.

I'm not 100% sure about this though.

The only reason why E. Honda's meteor feat isn't used on this site is because it's considered an outlier.

I personally don't consider it one but it's above my pay grade as far as upgrades are concerned.

Then can Bison actually scale to the power of the Black Moons?

It depends on whether or not Bison is actually using his telekinesis to lift the moons in the first place.

It's hard to tell because the vision is so short.

I see. This needs a full on discussion thread. I also need BlacDarkness' opinions on this.

Actually, one of the users that support this pointed out that it was stated in the story that it was Bison that brought the Black Moons.

The problem is I highly doubt it's a literal statement directly talking about Bison's literal power. It's still very vague at the end of the day.
