For your info they have relativistic attack speed by older feats

Ogre being dead doesnt mean he isnt scaling to any of the current stuff, nothing indicates this in the 3 years gap from T3 to T8, unless it has indication like Xiaoyu growing stronger, assuming like that is unfounded

Eliza scales from Claudio whom is a high tier, Kazumi is a mid tier from holding out to Young Heihachi, Lei Wulong fought Law to a draw

You just take surface at face value only and not the full picture

And Raven/Master Raven and Dragunov arent top tiers, let alone the statements are high 6-B, they are High 6-A and 5-B

Firstly, I'm aware of the relativistic scaling.

Tekken 8 Devil Jin and Kazuya's feats were calced at MHS+ so that's why I have it listed as such.

Secondly, I didn't scale Orge to the current stuff because he isn't currently being scaled to any of the 7-A feats on VBW right now.

You're correct about the Eliza and Lei Wulong scaling.

I'll add them with the others.

Finally, Raven and Master Raven (including Dragunov) are currently being scaled to the top tiers so I scaled them accordingly.

Additionally, When I completely my Tekken downgrade thread last year Azazel, Jinpachi and everyone who scaled to them was listed as High 6-B to High 6-A.

There wasn't any 5-B scaling at the time.
