There's enough tier 7 feats for 6-C to be relatively consistent- see it as a middle ground of sorts.

i mean, i think the rating is fine as is, i wouldn't inherently consider a further downgrade to be wrong but a lot of people would probably oppose them, if you wanna make one you're free to though

The biggest issue you'd find is that first off you'd need a bunch of calculations for the verse, and even upon doing that I think you'd struggle to find a good cutting off point. I mean if there's 20 viable 9-A feats, surely the 10 viable 8-C and High 8-C feats are usable too, and from then on there's a dozen of 8-B/8-A ones, a handful of low tier 7 ones, and so on. 6-C is a very definitive stopping point because there's really nothing higher than that up until like, High 6-A.

Something else that muddles the water is that a lot of the anti-feats doubles as feats: Bowser may be hurt by an 8-A explosion, but he still withstands it, in the end of the day.

well he's just not consistent, that's the bottom line. doesn't mean you can ignore lower end showings and rate him at biggaversal but you can't take only those into account either

Donkey Kong's feat shouldn't be higher than Island level anyway? I'm pretty sure that the Moon was canonically the same as ours and that the size was just reduced just to make it appear easily in cinematic

No reason to assume that besides "it's moon-sized in other games", which means very little given the inconsistent geography of the verse. Plus if it was that big he'd have destroyed the planet punching it against it.
