The first calculation is not affected because the feat occurs in a comic by Jason Aaron and for him the universe is finite and even has an edge.
The second calculation would obviously only apply to a finite universe otherwise the energy to shake it would be infinite.

No, there has to be evidence of that magnitude, but magnitude 4 is commonly assumed.

Well, the Heralds are 3-C already for this iirc and Magnitudes 4 for these two calc are 4-A. I wanted to upgrade them to 3-B using Magnitude 9 and Magnitude 8 of those calcs.

In my opinion, no, shaking the universe can only serve as a backup feat.
