I see. Another thing, the Gap Junction, which was stated to be the space between universes, also seems to engulf the Multiverse since the movie artbook states that America Chavez and Defender Strange were outside the Multiverse and not within it when they were there. Would that make the Gap Junction Low 1-C?

Being a filament isn't the same as a dimensional jump afaik.
It wouldn't change the Low 1-C ratings since it's a 5D / Two Time Axis argument, but it would mean the default assumption for the timestream itself would just be 2A rather than 2A to Low 1C.
