So, Arabian Nights is overall 3-D, Sonic’s universe 4-D, and Maginaryworld 5-D? Or AN 3-D, Sonic’s universe 5-D, and MW 6-D.

Under this scale it's either Sonic's universe is 5D and MW is 6D or you say it makes more sense for MW to contain the second axis since it already embeds everything, in which case Sonic is 4D and MW is 5D.

Well it doesn’t exactly embed everything, it moreso exists as its own separate entity. It pulls in dreams from across the multiverse and makes them into reality, it’s just that those dreams can be the size of the universe they come from.
Them having their own time axis would just mean that some realm, either the normal universe or the bigger one containing the lower would be one dimensional tier higher.
