Probably is deconstruction, someone had a slow mo video on the ancient arrows and it shows the enemies that get hit have the same particle effects that Link has whenever he uses the sheikah slate to fast travel.

I am curious if Metroid Other M or Fusion has any similar mistranslation with some feats whenever I get around to revising the series, though I do find it a bit funny that the western-made Metroid games have some of the more nutty stuff in the lore while everything in japan is kinda tame in comparison, the most you get is the X parasites and whatever the hell Other M can even bring.

This series has always had a pretty weird habit of it's localization not being that accurate, Link to the Past is pretty infamous for it's english manual saying the golden goddesses came from another solar system or that the Master Sword was made to directly counter the complete Triforce when neither of these things are true in the original japanese manual. English version of Wind Waker has Ganondorf saying the Master Sword directly sealed his powers when the original text just has him say it kept the goddesses seal on his minions intact.
