Okay so apologies for keeping you waiting lads, but everything that I had in mind and more, is archived right here (though there are some that require a few tweaks, it's surprisingly well sound of where Mario/Co. were ACTUALLY supposed to be):

Since these stars swallow more then just... Stars, but also create many infinite universes, I would not be surprised if the LS would go from what we currently have, to 2-C LS... Something to think about. I mean SB lifted the string that is universal is on his profile also as LS with no problems so, something similar might work with Mario/Co. XD.
Speaking of which.
Amongst other things to note, I'm damn sure Mario/Co. were strapped with Accelerated Development plus RE, and was correct to think this. Take SpongeBob as an example - The Sponge is able to instantly master subjects since an infant, which refined in adulthood... Mario being absolutely no different with any subjects he masters since infancy times which is honed more in adulthood the same way, therefore them too have very potent and Passive A.D. alongside besting those of the same attributes like other Superstar Rosters, etc. There are large chunks of RE that SB can do, I'm pretty damn sure given Mario's vast history should have some similar RE (It would be awesome if Mario has the type of RE where his Inventory ALSO becomes stronger as I found one character that has this).
Nevermind the fact that some of Mario's attacks alone can actually ignore durability, but to get the Mario ball rolling (I miss this toy from McDonalds and its nostalgic plasticity smell) some examples can be made: Like destroying ghosts in a single hit is basically Soul Manipulation, there could even be Regen Negation in the mix, one I can mention is that villains like Cackelleta resisting the Bros soul destroying attacks, have been bypassed as her soul got destroyed for good.... So there is some base Resistance Negation's + more RE on their end (I think in game stats in RPG's have been acknowledged in lore, MAX STATS would be OP XD). Surely there are other dura negating abilities in base.
Just take some of SB's Examples to heart as plumbers log blue prints onto further integrating it as potential ideas in the Mario Verse:

I think SB is missing some stats still, which will be explained in the far future too (btw the "Sonic Victory" is actually rigged. Considering they ignored vital evidence and there's not much Hax wise that Base Sonic can do, regardless of the Low 2-C, if the other is a Haxxy Sponge that can already normally operate everywhere at once or already unfazed by Regen Negation as it is, or attacks that one shot, etc etc).
Apparently: Mario also has Low-Godly, to potentially High-Godly Regen according to a colleague... Yes, really (something regarding regenerating after having his color destroyed, which seems to symbolize a concept) amongst other stats to marvel at.
That's just the tip of what I mentioned thus far, there is obviously bound to be more. However please: Don't start anything without pasting whatever progress any of you have here first so I can have a say on it first as well, maybe invite the Mario Supporters here to even the odds like Koopa3144, lets just not make brash decisions. I say this seriously, as Another Verse's stats that I contributed on was released too soon with loose ends not explained in time, and I DON'T want this happening to Plumber Boi too.
But really, if everything goes accordingly: This would make them far more versatile and volatile then what they are currently labelled as... And some OP maneuvers are in base.

Well, I guess you can propose all the powers and abilities you listed to this thread.
And as much as I love what you think for the whole Low 2-C jazz and disagree with the current scaling the VS Battles staff have Mario at, they're pretty strict when it comes to things like that, especially if it involves the Super Mario Bros franchise since we can't upgrade the Grand Star let alone Power Star to Universal+ based on the Super Mario Galaxy: Prima Official Game Guide, claiming Bowser's plan was to collapse and recreate the universe. And they've already had discussions going over the legitimacy of dreams and Power Stars being able to be Universal+. You could take all you said about the Power Stars and compiling it into one blog and try to address the misconceptions using evidence from some blogs, but you'd probably still need them evaluated by staff and knowledgeable members.
