Well if it's not that's part of my idea, we see Raiden vaporize multiple demons with it, we see Mileena vaporize several people with it and theres the Li Mei statement whole battalions got erased by it. Considering characters like Scorpion can endure it, Kotal stalemates it and to survive it you need to endure it's power, people would scale to this stuff. The battalion stuff would be 8-A and I'd argue FGL being 8-A himself could help us on the consistency front (since he's initially just Raiden + Revenant Liu + Good Liu (meaning if the 8-A is accepted we have grounds for 8-B Raiden and co)

I don't remember how we do vaporizing feats but I don't think this would fly since most of the multiple vaporization feats from the amulet destroy its targets one by one and not destroying multiple targets at once

Hmm there is this but I'll see if I can find some feats of mass vaporization, at the very least we could try looking at the Demons vaporization since those seem larger then average humans. What's your take on my backscaling proposal though?
