Every 7-A doesn't have resistance to Soul Manip but some of them are outright immune due to not having a soul.

It's an action heroes verse Character, it's hard for them not to be adept at melee.

Well melee eventually gets Bwonsamdi to treat them like the last mfer who pissed him off
Let's just say Zalazane got insta-killed and his soul was hanging by his neck in Bwonsamdi's temple when we next saw it. Hence why a good resistance to Soul Manipulation is a necessity for fighting Rastakhan

Well, prime candidates would always be the like of Horobi/Kamen Rider Zero-One character who aren't human since most of them have zero Soul Resist.
