For Dormammu, ultimately what gives him his BDE rating will just preclude any time resistance ratings. The Dark Dimension is home to no concept of time as Strange says

Also it should be noted that Kaeclilus wasn't breaking a time loop (as it something will reverse to the same point indefinitely) but Strange just generically rewinding time.

Basically I feel it's more an amp Dormammu really doesn't scale to or if he does it would be only for time reversal if anything.

I see, although magic shouldn't work similar to that example anyways? So the sorcerers doesn't altere reality itself but what shapes it, would that still be Reality Warping?

Yeah, Kaecilius was able to free himself from the time reversal and was unaffected when it was stopped, unlike Mordo and Wong who had to be freed by Strange using the Time Stone itself. So Dormammu could have that resistance by upscaling from his own zealots or like you said no since he already has BDE?

Reality Warping includes other stuff and overall the magic isn't used in a direct reality warping way. It's just a biproduct of the ability.

Kaecillius' ability just seems like Dormammu's temporal awareness with the time loop just but a physical showing. Like I said Dormammu can probably resist some active rewind power, but anything that loops or has universal range he can't resist.
