For Dormammu, ultimately what gives him his BDE rating will just preclude any time resistance ratings. The Dark Dimension is home to no concept of time as Strange says
Also it should be noted that Kaeclilus wasn't breaking a time loop (as it something will reverse to the same point indefinitely) but Strange just generically rewinding time.
Basically I feel it's more an amp Dormammu really doesn't scale to or if he does it would be only for time reversal if anything.
