i don't think all of the arm would go into it since there'd be a lot of bending so it wouldn't be 1 to 1, i'd add hand weight though

granted i don't really know if this kind of calc is acceptable, it feels like it's kinda on the edge of our ke standards. which doesn't mean it isn't valid, i'm just not gonna eval it myself

I agree with the arm bending, though when we do see them swing the blade, they make movements during their cuts that use their entire arm movement. Like long strokes where they follow through with their entire arm. I figured that would mean the arm's KE would be added to the cut. If it were a cut that only utilized the lower arm through bending, then yeah, I don't think its mass would be included. Not sure tho.

I think by KE standards it seems fine IIRC. A feat that involves moving an object at high speeds to harm something is a qualifying factor IIRC.
