Looking at it, there are characters from the MCU, or at least, those connected to... Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Oof.) that are 7-A.

Maybe an Indie game boss is more his speed? (Bonus points for Tarot themes, IMHO.)

I recommend copying that Sandbox's code, putting it into a Sandbox of your own, & editing the categories as you see fit.

Of those 5, I haven't read Aquaman's comics. Closest is watching DC Animated media, so unsure about him, but it SHOULD be easy to find supporters, or at least, info.
Care Bears, I don't really watch. In theory, characters should be predictable, but scans might be difficult.
Eli Morrow is Marvel Cinematic Universe. The forum has a dedicated MCU General Discussion Thread that's fairly active, IIRC. Agents of Shield may not be thought of well, but it should be easy to find knowledgeable members. I, personally, have not seen AoS.
Hanged Man is a video game boss. Just look up the boss battle & look on its Wiki, maybe, & that should get behaviour info & such.
I know Transformers Prime fairly well, & Transformers is a popular franchise. Shouldn't be hard to find info, supporters or knowledgeable members for characters from it.

When you asked me for matches, I didn't think you meant like, characters I would be able & willing to debate in a hypothetical Versus Thread for him, which is a much tougher query; I hardly know most tiers, let alone 7-As in general.

Maybe if he's high enough into 7-A, he could have a fair match against Pokemon's High 7-As? What's Gemm's scaling point, both calc-wise & scaling-wise?

Though, do mind that I feel it might be a disingenous for me to both evaluate which character could fight Gemm without it leading to a specific result (A stomp, especially.) & also have me pick the character & debate the character; I fear that having the same person evaluate, pick & debate could lead to bias. At least, I fear it could with me.

That makes things very tricky, you know.
7-A is 100 Megatons & High 7-A is 1 Gigaton. A gap of only 10 times. 259 Megatons is already a quarter of the way there, & if Gemm is massively upscaling, then it's possible he's at baseline High 7-A practically. High 7-A to 6-C itself is also only 4.3x.
If his "Massive Upscale" makes him even 2x stronger, he's only about 2x weaker than any baseline High 7-As out there, whichever profiles they are.

It may be worthwhile to review the justification for Genn's place in his scaling chain.

Ah, that's good to know. First 5 didn't appeal to you? I'd have thought DC Comics or DC Animated Movies or Cybertronians might've been tantalizing.

If you need to comb through more options, I recommend fiddling with the DPL code from the linked Sandbox some more.
It's really as simple as putting in "Catergory = X" or "Notcategory = X" & putting in Profile Categories as you prefer.

There were several categories in the list I combed just now & I DEFINITELY didn't view all of them. (Many didn't have brackets & I didn't recognize their names.)

If you want to revive an old trend, Johnny Test is also an option, apparently lol.

And the issue with Cybertronians is their size, or rather, how TF they'd even approach a guy who is well-experienced with fighting large individuals

But TBH Genn(and other 7-As like Arthas) are victims of the strict upscaling rules- I 100% would upscale them to at minimum 7-A+, but I don't think I can, really, if you want to give it a gander, go ahead, the Animus is fodder and Genn has fought worgen for over a decade, and worgen as a general aren't fodder for most things.

Cybertronians shoot at 'em? They use energy weapons all the time. (Or just try to stomp on.)

Dealing with humans is common in Transformers, because many of the series have human sidekicks or other allies, usually for the heroes, & on occasion, for the villains as well.

The Animus thing is a low-mid tier quest dialogue and quest

Other, comparable elementals have been fodder before to many a character, that, or they've dominated an adventurer before and they're already way above the levels for the Animus quest

(More agile in Speed Equalized? Failing to shoot when they're practically soldiers who's primary weapon is firearms? ....Then again, some fight scenes could make some Cybertronians seem as disreputable as Stormtroopers infamously have been.)
