can sans use it in his matches or?

There are two issues

1) Sans uses it only as last resort if he sees that nothing he does works, + he starts to become too tired
2) Everyone can just attack him in his sleep

Acting through the menu is unquantifiable tbh. Is ok for Undertale, but other verses? Nah.

And no, Sans uses that to force stalemates, SBA makes him willing to kill.
