Was Dormammu ever stated to be timeless? As far as I remember, only the Dark Dimension is, and in fact he is stated to be composed of space-time due to the assimilation of countless dimensions and universes that altered his original form and essence so many times
If I didn't misread, that section of the FAQ talks specifically about qualitatively superiority over space-time (Low 1-C), and that's not what I meant, I was just asking what abilities he could have since the Watcher exists outside the planes of space and time, even though the Multiverse itself already has dimensions outside of space or time, and the boundaries of the Multiverse are irrelevant to him, and the next paragraph of the FAQ says this:

The Watcher and Ultron also fall in the same category. Existing beyond time isn't a feat.
