So not only they are abstract, they are also acausal, since all of the emotions of the member of Tengen Toppa Dai-Gurren in the multiverse manifest into drills, which combine together into a being that transcends fate and causality. Just like TTGL, a mech manifested by thoughts and all GLs in the multiverse, a non-physical gunmen with unmeasurable size, might be reason why they are capable to pilot TTGL, even though you can argue they only have NPI but I'm damn sure that's not the case.

If the size of "Lagann" is approximately 1 meter and and "Gurren Lagann" is about 5 meters then it follows that the figures below are rough estimates. However, because Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is a materialized thought, it's size is impossible to calculate (It doesn't exactly exist in the physical world.). Use this as only a guide so you can grasp the magnitude of these sizes. When comparing the first Gurren Lagann and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is about 10²⁵ times larger or 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times larger (In the "Gurren Lagann" style it's multiplied by 10.). It could be said that this size is truly unimaginable."

But unlike Simon they don't seem to be fused with their respective universes (they don't have this feat anyway). If we accepted that they indeed are abstracts, then I think Low-Godly regeneration can stay, Infinity Big Bang Storm don't disintergrate physical bodies since they don't have ones. Or, we can put them at High but you still need an abstract attack which stands above body, soul, and mind.

Not entirely related, just gonna tell you cuz I think it's quite interesting. When the battle ends, everything returns to normal, so are their abstract existences, higher dimensional manipulations/existences, etc, gone. So Simon is no longer to be as one with his multiverse and you can say that EOS Simon is a fodder in comparison to Post-Apotheosis, he is 3D at the end, not 11D (which is consistent).

He can still have a 3D existence with 11D power, or is that not true? If so, Simon would still have his limitless spiral power, and be High 3-A EoS

Well, we don't know. If we assume he really has limitless Spiral power then maybe he isn't weaker than his Post-Apotheosis key at all, Spiral Power is the power which govern the Universe as its underpinning fondation, so Spiral Power is 11D (hence why it can collapse the multiverse as the Spiral Nemesis), at least potential wise. Infinite Spiral Power means you have the power of the entire cosmology itself.

Nah, there is no High 3-A, infinite Spiral Power is High 1-C. I'd say Unknown, likely High 1-C, possibly higher via chain scaling.

But the Anti-Spiral’s universe doesn’t exist anymore after the fight, would the cosmology still be 11D?

Yeah it would. Actually, the cosmology is 11D because of brane cosmology, not because the Anti-Spiral's universe. To put it in simple, if the brane of the universe(s) is 10D, then the universe(s) is 10D too, and there are 10D and 11D (mem)branes in the verse as you can see. That's why the universes in TTGL is 10-11D, which each of them are branching again infinitely thanks to the quantum cosmology.

That's why Nakashima mentioned 11D multiverse in his interviews, that's why the guidebook explicited the multiverse as "multi-layered". For the Anti-Spiral part, to be frankly they just created their universe oscilates between said (mem)branes as it is an imaginary space, it is 11D because of this.
