I have an issue with those people breaking the wall.

They don't shatter the entire wall, they destroy part of the wall and it collapses into itself via its own weight. The cracks that spread up the wall are done by their own Earth Bending, they're too uniformed and unnatural. But the wall seems to fall into itself as the base is destroyed. I believe fragmenting the entire thing is incorrect for their scaling.

Yeah I questioned myself whether to use that frag or not so I'm not so against it being unsuable as it currently is

would you be fine with me using 80% hollowness to get rid of most of that volume?

Honestly I don't think the feat is usable as is. At best you could find the fragmentation energy of the cracks. But they did destroy the base of the wall as well, it wouldn't collapse like that otherwise. But I can't see how much of the base they destroyed due to the dust cloud.

Maybe you should get a second opinion from another calc group member. But I wouldn't do a 80% removal.
