This is not really something that should be discussed.
I did a content revision last time and it was accepted.
The changes are not related to a new feat, but to a downgrade of the calculation that is used in the verse.

The earthquake calculation was downgraded from 8-A to 8-B.
Another feat applied in scaling but didn't have the math. It's High 8-C
