No, you’d need actual feats of infinite speed to qualify for infinite speed, a tier jump isn’t going to cut it

What im referring to isn't exactly a getting Infinite speed from a tier jump but using Universal Energy System logic

Where lets say "spiritual energy" is needed to for super strength and super speed. If a character jumps from doing 3D feats and finite speed feats to High 3-A to Infinite speed because they recieved "Infinite spiritual energy"

If they recieved another "infinite SP" Amp and that jumps them from high 3-A to Low 2-C and now their "faster than before" would that be supporting evidence for "uncountably infinitely times baseline infinite speed?"

That still wouldn’t fly at all unless you have specific statements that when they reach that level they can move across an infinite distance in a finite time. UES is specifically for when more unconventional feats like pocket dimensions, storms, etc. can scale to physicals, it’s not used as an excuse to make someone FTL to infinite speed because they grew really strong.

A while back it was explained to me quiet a bit differently that its more encompassing than that. They particaullary pointed out this part

Edit: also yes, they have other feats of infinite speed such as moving through infinite sized Universes in finite time. The UES Logic Between X-Energy, speed, and AP, is supporting evidence which also has multiple direct statements of their relationship where if X-energy increases so does AP and Speed.

Universal Energy Systems

In order to qualify for a Universal Energy System and do scaling according to it, a character or the system they are using needs to fulfill all criteria for a Non-physical Energy System. Additionally, they have to demonstrate that they can channel their power through their own bodies in a way that quantifiably enhances them or otherwise allows scaling of their supernatural powers through their physicals. Hence there should be evidence that an increase in power / energy should correspond to a proportional increase in the potency of their physical statistics. In the rare case that it is relevant for scaling the reverse should also be demonstrated: That a feat of non-empowered physical strength applies to the amount of supernatural power. Visual evidence of amplification is not considered necessary.
