Fair warning the characters with "At least" can potentially one shot other 8-Cs. They're not in a higher Tier because of a lack of feats that'd upgrade them.

Not a comment on MUs but you may want to look further into revising their profiles. One shotting a F-15 doesn't seem like it would grant Building Level feats,

Yes, also I went back and read the screenplay I wrote where the characters come from and saw I used the word "shredding" during the F-15 Eagle fight scene which would put them at 8-C via violent fragmentation
