The map is kinda not really accurate. Or at least misleading. The semiosphere should exist above/around the Noosphere, and the Patasphere should contain the Noosphere. It's just depicted weirdly. Though the Infosphere containing everything else as described above should be accurate.

I thought semiosphere was completely above noosphere, infosphere and Patasphere?
Noosphere was also said to be almost nothing in comparison to infosphere. Is this a retcon or a different version of those realms?

Noosphere is the set of all human thoughts.

The Semiosphere is the ideatic space where information about reality travels before reaching the mind and being perceived. Thus it includes the Noosphere as part of itself (or at least it surrounds the Noosphere).

The Patasphere is the space which contains the entire fiction of a specific timeline, including the Noosphere and Semiosphere.

The Infosphere is the set of all information about the entire SCP Verse. It includes all the previous ones.

The visualization is just kinda misleading as I've said.

But why is this contained withing one universe?

I mean that's just how the cosmology work. There is a Patasphere, Semiosphere and Noosphere for each timeline. Each timeline is its own storyline written by authors. And the Infosphere is shared by all timelines.

I still don't understand why is Patasphere depicted as below noosphere and semiosphere though. And what is Interunioversal void?

Idk. Whoever made this graph seems to think the Patasphere only includes physical stuff, even though plenty of sources showcase that to not be the case. It happens.

Also it's just a void between universes. That exists. Though the Infosphere should span those voids as well realistically.

Hey, sorry for disturbing, i have one question, are Pataspheres transended over each other?
And what about timelines.

Pataspheres are parallel to each other, not on top of each other. A patasphere and its content (the Semiosphere and the Noosphere) are essentially what constitutes a timeline on the higher scales of the SCPverse.

Wait, so are noospheres higher that the lower one or are noospheres also parallel?
