There is a value, the tremor would need to have a distance of at least 100 meters to be classified as an earthquake, so your calc does qualify.

I thought we didn't use that method because we weren't sure if the explosion destroyed the whole Ice Wall or if it just collapsed after the explosion destroyed enough of it?

From what I see in the top left of this panel, it doesn't look like it's collapsing. At least that's what I think when looking at this. That is the top of the ice thing.

Yeah, I just saw the anime scene, it does looks like the explosion destroyed the Ice Wall, so the calc should be fine in that case.
