Regarding Another Ryuga's Attack Reflection, I don't know the limits of its effectiveness to say transcendence is involved.
The use of the "laws of reality" is more in the metaphorical sense. "Think about it, even in the real world, everyone is fighting for their own greed. Kicking others down to make their dreams come true. Do you understand? We are all contractors. The mirror world is no different. It just reflects the laws of reality." The law in this case is "Kicking others down to make their dreams come true."
Regarding being the embodiment of a meta-fictional concept, I would have to confer with the others. I'm not aware of the precedent in these situations.

It's not really metaphorical in Ryuki when Shiro completely disappeared or Shinji break the mirror core which is thought to lead to destruction of Mirror World but in the end Mirror World never disappear because it mirror the very law of reality-the desire (not just kick other down) so it will always come back (this happen in 13 Riders movie) that is the reason why Ren said the wish will come true no matter if there is no one organize it.
