Deku should still be more skilled as he was able to take out the most skilled gunner in japan on a rainy night from kilometers away, take on all of Class 1-A on his own, defeated Overhaul who could predict the move of opponents faster than him, trained by Endeavor and Gran Torino, fought evenly with Tomura Shigaraki who had the knowledge, experience, intelligence, and cunning of the original AFO who had around hundred years worth of experience, and he has access to all of the previous Vestiges intelligence

so it'll lessen the gap a bit but not a lot

Taking on all of Class 1-A at once is pretty vague.

Overhaul is valid enough.

A hundred years of experience doesn't amount to much. You're gonna have to elaborate how skilled said person is.

the laser isn't be wielded by someone who was literally trained to snipe from kilometers away whos sheer skill with her quirk outmatches a guy who literally has a homing attack quirk, he was fighting her on a rainy night and used his sheer intelligence and skill to find and outmatch her in combat. and its not like Dukey predicted the Lasers trajectory or anything, he just knew before hand it would hit johnny.

All For One was able to shit stomp all the previous users of OFA in combat and fought equally with All Might in his prime and weakened state who had to use his strongest attacks to take him out and his intelligence is so high it allowed him to coordinate break ins on some of the most secure places in Japan such as Tartarus, and Shigaraki has access to this experience and intelligence due to gaining the quirk AFO

Johnny and his crew were able to defeat a bunch of rogue Penguins. However, these aren't your average Penguins. After figuring out that global warming was decreasing the Penguin population, they decided to take matters into their own hands and solo all of the military forces. The Penguins legit captured Argentina in a very short amount of time. Keep in mind that these Penguins have shown to have no military experience prior to this, and yet they were able to do all of this in a relatively short timeframe. Johnny was able to casually solo multiple robot enemies in simulation training, even receiving compliments from The General himself. At the end of the episode, Johnny and the crew were able to defeat the rogue Penguins and save the world. Johnny was able to accomplish all of this thanks to his extensive knowledge on video games.

From my knowledge, Precog > Analytical Predict.

in the sense that its a better ability yah but when it comes to skill feats not really cause it comes from knowing about it before hand instead of using intelligence + skill to figure out your opponents movements

On a technical standard, you're right, but knowing what's going to happen before it actually happens is a much quicker process than figuring out your opponents movements.

If we were to use your example of the sniper quirk, Dukey's Precog is much more useful, as he'd know beforehand that a gun from kilometers away is coming to hit him or someone else.

Also, Johnny is skilled enough to consistently keep up with Dukey, so it's basically Johnny = Someone with Precognition.

I mean if we're talking about being > Precog then Lady Nagant gun was able to outmatch Deku's who has Precog constantly active and incredibly fast speed, and even at times land direct hits on him cause of her skill.

since he had Danger Sense which allows him to see imminent threats before they happen and perceiving hostility and bloodlust in opponents

Dukey has similar Precognition to that, and Johnny keeps up with Dukey on a daily basis, so it shouldn't be too big of an issue.

previously he only had Analytical Prediction in his pre final war arc but now he does cause he gained each of the past users quirks

he may have similar Precog but he does not have Deku's level of intelligence nor his Analytical Prediction which he gained from training with someone who had Precog lmao. so Deku should out match it with it

What about that other skill I showed you about the Penguins?

All For One had no problem breaking into Tartaurs using Shigaraki's body which was the most secured place in the world holding what japan deemed the most deadly of villains such as Stain or Overhaul, using his own wits and experience in this regard. Shigaraki fought equal to Cathleen Bate/Star and Stripe who received military training and held several international criminal organizations at bay for years being basically a top level military member and being the number 1 hero of the America should mean she had far more training prior to this like all Heroes in training do, as well as being meant to surpass the likes of All Might.

so basically Deku is superior to Shigaraki in Skill, who has access to AFO years of experience which is hundreds of years worth including shit stomping each OFA user besides All Might (Prime and Weakened) who had to use his strongest attack to defeat him, as well as defeating Cathleen who had military training alongside her comrades who fought alongside her during the fight with Shigaraki, so i'd safely say Deku is far greater than Military Training, of course defeating entire militaries is more impressive but Deku should have no problem keeping up with that given his past experiences with military level opponents.

Thing is that the Penguins had no military, or even fighting experience, yet they solo'd the whole military and captured Argentina in a short timeframe, and Johnny defeated them thanks to his experience playing video games. It kinda goes like this:

Johnny >>> Penguins >>> Military Soldiers.

Deku is also still a Hero In-Training meaning he's accomplishing these skill feats against characters who have far more training and actual experience than he does

so basically Deku >>> Shigaraki/All For One = All Might/Cathleen >>> Previous Users of OFA/Military Soldiers.

I'd actually argue the same for Johnny, too, especially since the Penguins had absolutely no fighting or military experience whatsoever when they solo'd the military, who have likely years and possibly even decades of experience.
