Highest you can get is Low 1-C. Everything else is still just varying degrees of 2-B to 2-A.

There's really nothing. The only method of getting higher is through higher geometric dimensions, but the Spawn franchise uses dimensions and alternative universes interchangeably making the only possible upgrade points questionable at best.

Nothing has change with it. God is referring 5o alternate universes and worlds. Not geometric dimensions.

It's neither. Ravaging universes is not the same as instantly destroying billions of space-times at once.

Shaking half the known dimensions, assuming it was actually physically shaking it and not just flowery language, would be 2-B to 2-A.
