You should run it by others first, but being honest unless you find a harder timeframe/speed to use and are willing to go through every profile with a FTL or better rating you're going to have a hard time getting anything accepted or changed.

Idk. The most I've seen is higher dimensional speed stuff. I don't know if the lower levels of speed has ever been adjusted on tweaked.

You're saying the speed values for things above SoL are bad and are arbitrary. Therefore you're suggesting you have values that are better to use. You would need to explain why those values are better and explain why we should have people comb through 30,000 profiles to adjust everyone to a new value.
