Looks good to me. Capitalise the letters in Baby Joey's name. Also decapitalise the first letter of higher. we don't need it capitalised.

Rest looks good. Good job. Power rangers are looking amazing now.

This seems more like a weakness of their TP rather than powernull tbh

I would change the formatting of this to;
Limited Acausality (Type 1) (Should scale to his son who like Tommy Oliver is capable of keeping his memories while in a time loop and making him act accordingly [12])

Also, I kinda disagree with the reasoning for Acausality type 1. can you elaborate on it, please?

Is Damocleus Sword just sword abilities? Or does it override the character's base abilities? If former, then add a note saying "In addition to his general abilities, he gets the following with Damocleus Sword" and then list these abilities

normally they wouldnt have a problem teleporting inside the forcefield but the forcefield doesnt let them

like the rangers, the cogs after a certain time will also reset back to the time where they were setting an ambush but Sprocket does realize that like Tommy
