I wouldn't say so. With no direct comparison to any specific animals, it's going to be iffy without anything else to scale to a specific animal, especially a long extinct one such as the T-Rex.

Yeah, that honestly seems very shaky to me without any supporting feats. I would personally say look for some actual feats performed by the character and calc those instead of trying to use that since it currently looks like you're making a lot of assumptions to get the highest result possible.
