SCP's problems came over time, no? SCP didn't start with all these tier 1s and 0s, and used to be far less powerful even while on the wiki. It may not seem like it because The Backrooms isn't Tier 0 now (I think), but things change with time and the limit is broken.
Rather than thinking, "SCP is more unstable because of higher tiers and extended canon", it's more wise to think about how The Backrooms are young and early in their lifespan relative to SCP. If SCP, a forum where the first hundred articles were mostly things like peanut-looking statues, a doctor with deathtouch, a skinny "don't look at me" man, and a shadowy man that can walk through dimensions and kidnap people, now has so many tier 1/0 articles after years of harsh inspection...
That's not proof for The Backrooms being fine, that's a warning, no?
