Lol I'd play all those on that list tbh, that ***** good as hell, I've played about half of them but I for sure know I've got omori lined up to play, I've still gotta beat celeste and I'd like to see how earthbound ends I watched some on yt
Obviously any of the ones you brought up are good, I think God Hand if you haven't tried it is like, the perfect action game (and it's pretty funny too). Anodyne 2's a nice zelda-like adventure game with some really neat twists if you're into that, you kinda dive inside people's minds as dungeons which is really cool. Good story too.
LOL nice, hope you like it dude, let me know what you think.
As for God Hand more DMC-like, it was directed by Shinji Mikami so it also has a bit of that RE4 stuff where the tank-ish controls kinda suck in a vacuum but they work super well once you're used to them. It's hard as balls but once you get used to it it feels super good, you can customize your attacks swapping between over a hundred moves to basically create your own moveset, there's juggles, you can kick enemies into others for crowd control, the sky's the limit. It's also a pretty funny game, it's got a really cooky kinda self-parody style that works pretty well IMO. Music bangs too.
That said unless you wanna shell out a stupid amount of money for a PS2 copy since there aren't any rereleases, you'll probably have to, y'know.
Also I see Spelunky 2 in there, if you ever wanna play together, I'd love to
And howdy to you too
