Reiji’s powers are the more simple ones among the whole cast (comparing to some other confusing abilities like Ryuichi’s Nothung, or Nagisa’s Trickster-Deprive).
His primary rune is Da Capo, an ability that allow him to rewind the time of an object back to previous state. He’s often uses this ability to heals his ally, rewind their injuries back to the time before they exist, but this is limited to 24 hours time limit, meaning that any he cant heal any injuries that have been there before 24 hours ever since Da Capo is activated.
Da Capo can also be used to summon other peoples no matter where they are. Reiji once used it summon Sakura after she’s got BFR to another pocket dimension by Jin.
By now, you can see that Reiji’s powers are mostly “supportive” rather than “offensive”, that is because in most of his fight, Reiji is fighting along side Sakura, who is also Reiji’s magical weapon and vowed to be his mightiest sword. Both of them are fighting as a duo, while Sakura attacks the the enemies, Reiji provide supports.
Only until the last arc that Reiji has to fight by himself, which is also the time where he’s compromised a shitton of new runes to fight against the top tier fighters of the series like Ryuichi and Odin. The most notable one is Fenris Wolf, a giant magical energy blast that rival Sakura’s Laevateinn in destructive power (basically Reiji’s Kamehameha).
But an offensive technique alone is not enough to over come Ryuichi’s speed of light, hence Reiji come up Step-Leader, a runes that allow him to pour his magical energy into his calculating and predicting talent, which results a complete recognition ability.
After Ryuichi got both of his speed of light and Thor’s Hammer countered, he’s decided to uses his last resort “Thor’s Hammer Full Access” which is not only 9 times stronger and 9 time faster than the normal Thor’s Hammer, it can also control the target’s future. In order to counter against such techniques, Reiji has to came up with a new rune, Da Capo Einhartz, which stopped his own time and turn himself into a being of the past, so that no future-controlling power can ever reach him. Later, it revealed that it can also protecting him from all powers from the present, even Odin’s Gungnir which can obliberates concepts and existence.
The 2 final runes that Reiji developed in his battle against Odin are Da Capo Curtain Call and Da Capo Zero.

I cant handle how they treat the returning characters from the first game, so most of my motivation to continues to read is gone by now lol.

i honestly asked you this because for the possibility of making a match with End of Ragnarok Reiji, but honestly is just too strong, just Da Capo Zero is enough for a stomp since he could just erase the character to existence

Depend on what character you are trying to pick him against. Most of Fortissimo characters are glass canon that you can beat up with a random stick. (like for real, the 5-B characters have 9-B durability, while Low 2-C Reiji have 5-B durability)
That's the reason why there are not much Fortissimo match, any matchup with the verse is kinda unfair one way or another.

Also, Reiji doesnt actually outright erases the opponent with DCZ, he's simply erases any ability that is a problem for him.
For example, if you are immortal then he's simply rewind your immortality back to before it exist, making you mortal.

wait you mean he could erase you from existence but he wouldn't because its out of character or because he can't erase an opponent?
also damn didn't know some of them are glass cannons, like did they never demonstrated they could tank or at least be equal to their 5-B AP?

Fortissimo isnt like Dies Irae or Fate (although it drawn most of the ideas from Fate), there are no 2 characters charges at each other and tanking their best shots. The characters in Fortissimo have to make plans, strategies for each seconds of the fight to either avoid the opponent's powers or to lure them into taking 5-B attacks (which is one of the reason why I love this visual novel so much). Most of their attacks are like 9-B, the 5-B attacks to finish the enemies (instant kill most of the time) and tend consume a shitton of their magical energy, so they cant spam it at all.
In his own word, he could return anything back to nothingness even if it's time, space, or concepts. So it's likely that he just wouldn't do it in character. Reiji is the type of guy that rather talk things out rather than have a physical conflict.

Eden Zero... I did read a few chapters years ago. Didnt thought it was that much interesting, but I heard there is an anime, so maybe i could comeback give it a watch later.

But I can only talk about the first game. The sequel's bad writing gave me a headache to the point I dropped in the middle. (Which is why the profiles of the sequel have never been made)
