Luffy is resistant to poisons thanks to his encounter with Magellan, and Luffy resists genjutsu or any mind manipulation abilities. There's no way that Hashirama's genjutsu is on a higher level than an Uchiha, or at least it's very unlikely, and even if Luffy was left totally blind, he could easily dodge attacks using Kenboshuku Haki.

So why make these matchup anyway only luffy will win because of his amps and future sight? I would advice using blind madara or one rinnegan obito with the tailed beast or just any other Naruto character that actually have win cons against luffy. Also luffy resistance is only for liqued poisons since many times in fiction and even real lie show that resistance to liquid posions does not correlate to gases poisons.
