Well, I'm not necessarily the highest authority on the matter but with the way I understand it these are simply conditions for victory with no stipulation that both people have to win the exact same way. If they did have to do it the exact same way, then that would be really convoluted since the combatants are presumably not negotiating the victory conditions with each other and would therefore not necessarily know what the other person is going for unless it is really blatant and you would also have to clear up if they need to utilize the exact same method for killing or incapacitation as well. So yeah, they have are free to choose independently from the other one since anything else would be impractical as far as I'm concerned.

but even with that they still have the ability to choose if they want to either kill or incap correct?

I mean a bloodlusted character can still incap if it says for the victory conditions either incap or kill?

Unless these conditions cause them to have either an irresistibly strong compulsion to kill or an extremely strong aversion to killing this should be the case.

also since no one has pointed out/had my matches removed (i did have some matches removed back then though) that the match should be removed i guess that also counts as "this should be the case?"

i am right? if no ones asking it to be deleted or anything it should be fine.

Well, it should be fine as far as I'm aware. If you discover any issues with your matches like with the reasoning or the profiles, then you can remove or remake them.

I go by this rule if no one’s complaining or reporting about it. I just leave it alone

You don't necessarily need to. It's just a matter of if you just so happen to discover something like that.

But even if I discover it. I don’t really go back to my old battles that much. And besides sometimes I’m not even sure if it’s wrong or not

and listen nehz. If people don’t think it’s wrong or it hasn’t been put on removal requests then it should be fine

I mean I can still refuse even if I discover it can I? It’s not like I must do it if I discover it.

If you aren't sure, then you can either ask or if you feel that it is something too minor for that, then you haven't really discovered anything. You don't need to go back to your old battles much either.

It's basically something that you spontaneously spotted, so I'm not sure what exactly you are refusing in that situation. It's not like as if anyone directly asked about it.

I meant If I discover one of my matches is invalid I can choose not to do anything and that’s not going to break any rules is it. That’s all I’m asking
