Again, what makes you think Barry would go for bloodlust instead of his other abilities? Like time travel. Hmm. Which sonic can obviously can counter with his own shit iirc. In comics, I have seen him become bloodlusted, many times and he doesn't go for phasing in that form.


Plus, whatever happens, they might get downgraded, at least their durability since I saw some issues with them files and started a revision.
