Seems fine but I don't remember where the whole "Resistance to Water Manipulation, Cold Manipulation, Heat Manipulation, Magicand Explosion Manipulation (Schwi's body are very resistant against water, dust, cold, heat, magic, kinetic impact and explosion)" comes from.

A bit difficult to scale.
Aka Si Anse can destroy the Phantasma Core, its stated E-Bomb can kill Old Deus, Far Cry can alter the form of planet, combined all these attacks can't match Godly Smite Artosh.
Maybe Godly Smite could be rated 5-B? IIRC, its stated can destroy the planet's core.
Or he should scale to Jibril? so it would be High 6-A, likely far higher
Then Holou, in the anime, is shown that when activated with a low power setting, it can cause a nova (?) it should also be limited by Convenants.
