You could ask Therefir. It might not be the case that you need the surface area, you might only need the radius for the length of the country which could found through pixel scaling the diameter of the country's longest side compared to the square ratio pixel, assuming the blast is omnidirectional which should need to cover the entire the country.

I messaged Therefir and also put it in the Calc Request Thread in case someone else picks it up. I guess we'll just have to wait.
Thanks again.

Hello again. Pardon me. I tried the method you suggested, but I am simply not good at pixel scaling. I just want to know if I got the right idea.

Using this map with a 1:500km ratio, I pixel scaled the width/diameter of Blumund.
35px = 500km
55px = 785.72km = 785720 meters
Radius = 392860 meters

W = R^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2/1000000
W = 392860^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2/1000000
= 4873028.50907 megatons of TNT or 4.87 Teratons (Small Country level)

Using a higher end version by pixel scaling upwards.
75px = 1071.43km = 1071430m
Radius = 535715m
W = R^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2/1000000
W = 535715^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2/1000000
= 12356257.0817 megatons of TNT or 12.36 Teratons (Country level)

Addtional question: since the exact statement for this feat was
I’m not just talking about the destruction of large cities, but he also saved me by defeating a sky dragon, a monster that could have toppled a small country, in a matter of seconds.
Would the end result have to be divided by at least 2? Since it took seconds to perform the feat.

I think the formula is just used as you used. Seconds wouldn't be considered. I would say the higher would be more valid since it would cover and destroy all of the country while another method might have someplace not fully destroyed. Sure, I think you got the idea.

Do you think my pixel-scaling is acceptable or would it need better work to be accepted?
I've also thought about using the Republic of Ulgrassia instead, since it's the smallest country outlined in the map, would be the most conservative choice which makes it more acceptable as the statement just uses "small country".

It seems acceptable, to me. I am fine with either; though, the context seems to suggest it could also destroy the Kingdom of Blumund.

I made the blog. While I put it at the Calc Eval thread, I've seen people approach calc group members for their calcs. If so, who should I approach? Therefir?
