What about the feat he caused Earth's rotation to stop just by saying a word twice? (if not) I am pretty sure Wonder Woman destroyed several big trees at the end of season 1, and she should scale to Aquaman who stomped most of the legion of doom. He is clearly much more powerful than Harley, easily knocking down the big bad wolf and granny goodness, but I am not sure if he has any chain to king shark who took a small building explosion. Also there are the weaknesses when he enters someone's mind.

The world stopping was just a gag. As for the feats, if you can check those out to be sure, that would be fine. Also elaborate on the weaknesses when entering someone's mind.

When he does mental projection his body is vulnerable in the real world, and he will die in reality if he dies in the mental realm too.
