No they do not. They likely get knowledge on their skills and NPs for Includes, but they do not get their actual experience. This can be seen with Kuro as she wasn't using her card properly as stated by Bazett, who fought Emiya, and Miyu's Shirou, who is Emiya. Kuro herself even claims she is an amateur compared to Miyu's Shirou and she learns so much just from the short fight she watched him and then fought along side him and grew even more.
Install however should grant no such knowledge as seen with Illya. She's completely confused as to what the bow she gets with Archer Install is supposed to be used for.
