I saw the chapter and the statement, but since she can already is already above EoS Akame for being able to destroy Esdeath's ice, I deem it as redundant and combine MoS and EoS in the sandbox as there isn't much of a difference to justify a 3rd key and the key already mentions a Varies as Mine's power depends heavily on the danger and her emotion, and added the justification of "Esdeath being wary of her attacks/opt to dodge it rather than block it stuff" and how in a serious pinch, she is at her strongest able to kill Budo, who was unfazed by her pinch shot and yada yada

just to tell to you, the profiles for Zero, nobody cared enough to give them scan or something, altough considering the special class type, they are on the same level of the Evil bird if i'm correct

Other than that, I'm sure they are some feats within Akame Ga Zero to calculate if people are willing to do so, though I can hardly remember any Tier 8 ones, only Tier 9.

some sure feats are the lift strengh feat in chapter 28 or 29, the Akame vs Bulat and Najenda fight, for what i can remember now

so i couldn't find a proper scan because the chapters are too many, BUT there are statements that their training is hellish and some of them die in that,

also even without scans, this is the army of a battle maniac, of course their members must be strong to be there, and Esdeath always give them money or women to motivate them, Run did said some things about the army but i don't remember the chapters, the point is the army of Esdeath ,who always want to battle to become stronger, so she wouldn't accept weak members,

if i find a scan of it, i will tell you, but if you find it then good for you
