Well, the Naga being strong enough to violently shake the ground and knock debris loose from a building just by striking the floor. I recall it was originally an 8-A feat, but I have my suspicions.

It used to be 8-A but that was wank, this kind of feat can't really be calculated properly without some assumptions but it wouldn't make it past 9-B.

Seriously? Not even if I were to use the Mercalli scale based upon how much damage is being done in the scan?

Yeah, a shockwave isn't an earthquake, even low magnitude earthquakes have to spread through far more distance and affect much larger areas than just stomping on the ground and causing shaking. For reference, a shockwave powerful enough to shatter glass 130+ meters away is only 9-A

You're seeing it, it'd be low-ish 9-B anyway.
