Alrighty so here's what we have for Chapulin Colorado of the Chespirito Verse:

(With the help of user: "Pugao_03")

AP/Dura:

Survived the debris from the mine, being able to clearly say his phrase and here similarly in comics.

Shown to be vastly superior to civilians, one of whom tanked a point blank explosion that reached their 10th floor (We clearly see them be near by and possibly in a Sky scraper themselves) and Chapulin himself has tanked the same ones beforehand. another citizen only had a broken arm from taking several oversized meteor's that caused an earthquake in the entire region so wild that a car dropped there and buildings sunk, the researcher said in the beginning of this being "the world record" and Chapulin said that they were approx; 5401 that fell. Here is further supporting that these said Oversized Meteorites: fall the most from this region and they are fragements from Celestial Bodies such as planets, stars, possibly moon rocks, at one point it was also theorized to be fossils? (Keyword: THEORIZED. Frags of Celestial Bodies seem the most accurate to me personally).

Animated Chapulin

Shown countless times to be superior to the police man, who tanked a 2,000 meter explosive drop that can be seen and felt from the horizon, only to be seen fine after.

Survived directly crashing into a heating asteroid which one of Chapulin's villain's that he has fought also survived at the end. Accordingly: The asteroid can level City Capital, even wider area as one of the scientist's that were just at a desert textually said they didn't want to die.

LS:

Twisted and elongated necks.

Casually sent a boulder flying.

Cartoonshly dismembered a citezen hard enough to the point of not leaving them with legs, arms, or a spine behind.

• Chapulín lifted and held on to these same described oversized meteorites, and that later caused that same huge earthquake. Here is another episode with similar description from the other and lifts them same way, in fact at one point he fell with one and came back seconds later (Not much of an earthquake this time though, but I put it here for the heck of it)

One of the Astronauts Chapulin has sent can somehow withstand Jupiter's gravity; said Astronaut had a family in the past 4 YEARS and that also "Time goes slow there", other Astronauts managed to literally shake their entire ship with nothing but a hiccup. (Although it wasn't specified, there was another just as ship inside apparently).
Keep in mind that Chapulin largely upscales to the citezens of said verse.

Animated Chapulin

At one point he has casually held on to the same destructive asteroid that can level the entire City or wider area of the desert.

That should be it.
