Wow, that's a lot to go through. My biggest issue right off the bat is a lack of scans/sources on a ton of the feats - I get a lot of these are major plotpoints for MtG novels that a lot of fans are aware of, however we need to justify the ratings in the verse in a way that can be sourced and explained to other VS debaters, if that makes sense.

I do disagree with some specific ratings ideas, however I'll need some time to go over them all.
