quantum manip is extremely minor. It just gives a slight buff to their luck. About 2x.

the acausality just prevents a lot of time/causality/fate based abilities. It shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Okay so here's the long version/some comments on higher ended/haxed FoE candidates. If I don't mention them to some capacity here it's a mismatch/stomp imo:

Cognitum: Probably gets screwed over hard by the Electrokinesis. For context, in Project Horizons while hijacking Blackjack's OG body, she gets taken out by an EMP trap she was goaded into due to her ego. She's probably the most intelligent FoE given her origins as an AI but her ego and electrokinesis has me doubting it.

Puppysmiles: The wackiest FoE 8-C that isn't Boocord (who I am not mentioning here because I need to rework that profile.). She's pretty annoying, but matter manipulation, forcefields, and social influencing (yes) regardless of form has me thinking she's not winning.

Alicorns (At their potential strongest.): Hard to quantify because when Twilight Sparkle briefly inhabited an Alicorns body, she didn't do a whole lot before passing. Alicorns are confirmed to have the pretty OP ability of giving their opponents a heart attack with a thought. We also know that Twilight should have some knowledge of this spell because she was one of the more dominant personalities within the hivemind of your average alicorns consciousness, though not the dominant one. I'm a bit doubtful in hindsight if this spell would even work in first place if its even used at all. Again we don't get to see Twilight use the alicorn body she's inhabiting to fight at all so its hard to figure what a potential standard tactics for it (her) would be. Speaking of Twilight.

The Goddess: I'll be blunt and say I probably need to revise this one, though it would also similarly fall into the same NLF camp as Peak Alicorn.

Boo: Also probably needs a revise.

Wall Choir: The Meme spooky wall gets screwed out of a wincon by MEGA's passives. It was unable to assimilate someone who was essentially biologically locked/frozen in time, so I can't imagine it'd do anything here. Speaking of.

Rampage/Legate: Grouping them together because they share some similar gimmicks, mainly their OP (in verse) regen. Outside of that I don't have faith they'd be able to do anything here, even with the latters' incredible amounts of intelligence and potential.

That leaves Video Game Littlepip (In her Iron Mare Alicorn Armor) and Blackjack (Chapter 65 for Tier 8, Alicorn for Tier 7) whom I doubt could pull out a win here but my opinions on those two are a bit more complex and would require more time to reflect on. Though they have the best potential to be a fair fight should the Accasuality, or Quantum abilities not be too overbearing.

Honestly the bottom 2 are your best bet for fairness.
