Not sure, given the distance I think it's unlikely, but I don't know how much faster that harpoon gun is compared to that bow and arrow.

On second thought, I think this feat is worth to calculate since while it may not give a high movement speed it could give a good reaction speed to the Human levels. Also the ballistae seem to have a high attack speed judging by this scene, and that Daenerys dodges the projectile when it is already close to her since she was distracted with the death of her dragon. So I would really appreciate it if you could calculate it
