Interesting, gives a few things to consider, if i wanted to calc creating mountains and islands, how would we go about that?
For years now the Arifureta characters have scale off Ehito's Holy Precinth's, but it has no calc, been bothering me, seeing this ocean calc you just posted, probably not as impressive as initially thought.
This realm contains numerous pocket dimensions, the most impressive are: a space with a city, a space where there are only mountains as tall as God Mountain, which is 8 km tall, a space with an ocean which also had an island that was at least 10 km wide, and a space with floating islands ranging from a dozen meters to a few kilometers wide along with a gigantic island that was 10 km wide.
Now the ratings really hinged on an ocean being present, but looking at it all we know about said ocean/sea is that once they got there, as far as the eye could see was ocean, then later on after being there a while, the come to a part of it that has a 10km island.
You think this would come close to or above the calc you just posted?

Sea of Japan Volume = 978000 * 1.752 = 1713456 km^3 = 1.713456e+15 meters^3
Density of Water = 1000 kg/meter^3
Sea of Japan Mass = 1.713456e+15 * 1000 = 1.713456e+18 kg
Height (Distance to Center of Mass) = 1752 / 2 = 856 meters
GPE = mass * gravitational acceleration * height = 1.713456e+18 * 9.81 * 856 = 1.43885069e+22 Joules
This is 3.44 teratons, or Small Country level (Low 6-B)
