Regigigas is definitely stronger than Groudon yeah, given the original Regi Trio can block the attacks of both Groudon and Kyogre.

About scaling chain we have.

Kyogre = Groudon = 197.65 Petatons

Each of the Regis (except Regigigas) downscales.

Base Urshifu could one shot Regice, something Groudon can't do, making Urshifu > Groudon = 197.65 Petatons

Gigantamax is a x5 boost so Gigantamax Urshifu is > 988.25 Petatons

Base Eternatus is stronger than Gigantamax Urshifu.

Gigantamax Eternatus is much above the x5 multiplier, making it >>> 4.94125 Exatons

Galar Dogs together can beat Eternamax, making each of them >>>>2.470625 Exatons.
