No, Fate stomps him, and also UDM is an avatar that does not scale in durability to tier 1 and holds back to **** with his victims. No grounds for scaling to begin with. Also WW was amped

No, they didn't. The context of that scene is The Great Evil asking for his purpose in existence, and Etrigan gave him his own interpretation. Etrigan was also mistaken, btw. This was shown later on when Swamp Thing talked with The Great Evil and made him realize the purpose of duality, with the Light of the Presence coming down from heaven to embrace each other.
