I think that just scales to his physicals and not into his electricity stuff. Tho he definitely needs a new rating for this kind of stuff.

I mean, it isn't just his physicals tho, he can transform into and even move as lightning straight from the clouds down into the ground, which by itself (Referring to Cloud-to-ground lightning here) is MHS+. And he can effectively storm ride the clouds as seen in the above scan. So he'd just be MHS+ in general.

Should be. Tho I would personally keep a different ratings for his physicals. I will have to do some research on that (issue numbers and stuff)

Electro's rating with Electricity is High 8-C+ for being able to damage Spider-Man and Sandman. Natural lightning is 8-C (1.6 gigajoules). The lightning stuff isn't in Electro's AP, speed only. Physically, he's still 9-A for being able to trade blows with Daredevil. Hence, only the speed was updated, as giving Electro "8-C with lightning" felt pretty useless given his electricity has much higher feats than what natural lightning can do.

Yes, I understand that, but he is physically slower usually, aside from this instance. Here, he can do that, but when he usually fights, he doesn't do this.

I see. So the MHS+ would be his peak potential while his usual ratings would be slower due to him holding back or something, yeah?

I guess we can look for his slower feats later then.
